Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for Embedded, Digital/Analog Design, and Power Electronics domains.
Source and hire niche engineering talent across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Automation.
Partner with hiring managers to drive hiring strategies and ensure timely closures. Manage candidate engagement, stakeholder communication, and offer negotiations.
Requirements
4-7 years of technical recruitment experience.
Extensive hiring expertise in Embedded Systems, Digital amp; Analog Design, and Power Electronics.
Solid sourcing skills and understanding of engineering skillsets.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
