Role & responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruiting: Manage full life-cycle recruitment for Retail, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build proactive, long-term talent pools using advanced sourcing channels, networking, and qualified platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: MBA in Human Resources
- Experience: 4 to 5+ years of corporate or Retail recruiting experience.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, behavioral-based interviewing, and salary negotiation skills.
