Role Description The Senior Quality Control Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for planning and executing quality control activities for electrical distribution panels and related systems, including inspection, testing, and validation of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products. The engineer will develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, standards, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements.

Daily tasks include analyzing test results, identifying root causes of nonconformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves collaborating with design, production,



and service teams, preparing quality reports and metrics, and supporting audits and customer inspections.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with 2 years of experience in inspection, testing, and validation of electrical products or industrial systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Management capabilities, including familiarity with quality standards, process documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret test data, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present quality findings, and interact with customers and auditors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; experience in panel manufacturing, industrial electrical solutions, or renewable energy projects is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, IS standards), familiarity with quality tools (such as SPC, 5 Whys, Fishbone), and proficiency with MS Office and basic quality reporting tools are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor junior quality team members, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, safety-focused approach in an on-site industrial environment.
