- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans to drive business growth in the BFSI industry.

- Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop functional specifications to address these gaps.
- Manage stakeholders effectively by communicating project updates, status reports, and results to various audiences.
Job Requirements :
- 7-17 years of experience as a Senior Product Analyst or similar role in the BFSI or capital markets industry.
- Robust understanding of Agile methodology and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Excellent requirement gathering skills with ability to translate user stories into functional specifications.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation through delivery.
