Role & responsibilities

- DV360 Campaign Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve issues related to campaigns, IOs, Line Items, targeting, pacing, and campaign delivery.

- Google Marketing Platform Support – Troubleshoot integrations and tracking issues across DV360, Google Ads, CM360, GTM, and GA4.

- Ad Serving &
- Creative QA – Investigate creative rejections, delivery issues, tracking errors, DCO, display, and video ad-serving problems.

- Programmatic Deal &

- Inventory Support – Troubleshoot PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Open Auction deals, including bidding, inventory, and SSP-related issues.

- Tracking &

- Analytics Support – Identify and resolve Floodlight, conversion tracking, audience synchronization, and attribution discrepancies.

- Client &

- Cross-Functional Support – Provide technical support to agencies, advertisers, and internal teams through email, chat, and phone, while escalating complex issues to Product, Engineering, and Policy teams.
