? Senior Oro Developer (Technical & Functional)

Are you passionate about building scalable enterprise applications and taking ownership of a business-critical platform? We are looking for a Senior Oro Developer with strong expertise in OroPlatform/OroCommerce , PHP , and Symfony to drive the development, enhancement, and long-term evolution of a complex enterprise Oro ecosystem.

In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, improve platform capabilities, and provide technical leadership across development, integrations, and platform optimization.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Develop, maintain, and enhance OroPlatform/OroCommerce applications

✅ Build custom Oro extensions, workflows, and integrations

✅ Design and support REST APIs and enterprise system integrations

✅ Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance

✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

✅ Evaluate configuration vs. custom development approaches

✅ Participate in solution design, UAT, release planning, and deployment activities

✅ Review technical solutions and contribute to development standards and best practices

✅ Support ongoing platform ownership, documentation, and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For





✔ Strong hands-on experience with OroPlatform and/or OroCommerce

✔ Advanced knowledge of PHP, Symfony, Doctrine ORM, and SQL

✔ Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and custom development

✔ Strong understanding of Oro workflows, configuration, and platform customization

✔ Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production support

✔ Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

⭐ Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments

⭐ Exposure to eCommerce, CRM, or customer experience platforms

⭐ Experience reviewing third-party/vendor solutions

⭐ Knowledge of performance optimization and platform governance
