Senior Oracle Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Experience

- 8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll Consultant with 8+ years of relevant experience and a 70% Functional / 30% Technical background. The experience in US/Middle East Payroll localization is mandatory.

Key Requirements:

- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll configuration & implementation
- Expertise in Elements, Balances, Costing, Payments, Retro Pay, QuickPay & Payroll

Reconciliation

- Experience in SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Testing, Go-Live & Production Support
- Strong knowledge of Core HR + OTL/Absence
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fast Formula & BI Publisher
- Minimum 2–3 Payroll implementation/support projects preferred
- At least one end-to-end Fusion Payroll implementation preferred
- Robust client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
