About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, develop, and implement an Agentic AI solution that supports corporate strategy assessment and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with solution architects and business consultants to develop AI-powered agents capable of aggregating, analyzing, and presenting information from multiple internal and external data sources.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build intelligent conversational experiences and agentic workflows for business users.
- Configure and integrate internal and external data sources including SharePoint, web services, APIs, MCP servers, and enterprise repositories.
- Develop custom connectors to enable seamless communication between Copilot agents and enterprise applications.
- Implement AI-driven logic to analyze, enrich,



and contextualize information from multiple data sources.
- Design and configure Dataverse data models to support business processes and agent interactions.
- Develop Power Automate workflows to orchestrate business processes and agent actions.
- Configure authentication, authorization, and security models for enterprise-grade agent solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to validate technical architecture and business requirements.
- Build dashboards and user experiences that provide actionable business insights.
- Support implementation of reporting and export capabilities including PDF and PowerPoint generation.
- Develop search and data discovery capabilities across enterprise knowledge sources.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of AI solutions.
- Identify technical risks, limitations, and dependencies during prototype and MVP phases.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
- Participate in technical reviews, architecture discussions, and solution demonstrations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in enterprise application development and Microsoft technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot agent development.
- Experience building conversational AI applications and intelligent enterprise assistants.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Experience developing and managing custom connectors and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Graph.
- Experience integrating enterprise and external data sources into AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of authentication frameworks, authorization models, and secure API implementation.




- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management and API lifecycle management.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise search solutions.
- Understanding of AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
- Knowledge of M365 Copilot Agents and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience designing scalable low-code and pro-code solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and management using Dataverse.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
