What you'll do

- Study multi-part CAD assemblies and record their design intent and constraints
- Develop demanding technical questions involving CAD assemblies and mechanisms
- Check technical answers against the source CAD models and confirm each conclusion can be traced back to the model
- Assess the AI's mechanical reasoning, describe inaccurate conclusions, and recommend targeted improvements

Who this is for

- At least five years working with multi-part mechanical assemblies, including their creation and oversight, plus experience in tooling and fixture design, consumer products, medical devices, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or industrial machinery
- Mastery of one or more major parametric CAD tools, including SolidWorks, Creo, NX, CATIA, Inventor, Fusion, Onshape, or Solid Edge
- Strong written English and communication skills, together with technical knowledge of design intent, mechanisms, kinematics, GD&T;, assembly reasoning, and tolerance judgment
- No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
