About the Role -

LR Energy is looking for experienced Senior Engineering Managers to lead discipline-specific engineering review and PMC/EPC coordination for CBG projects.

The role involves engineering review, contractor and vendor coordination, multidisciplinary interface management, site execution monitoring, quality compliance, technical issue resolution, commissioning readiness and project documentation.

Qualifications -

Senior Manager – Piping

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant experience

Senior Manager – Electrical

- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant experience

Senior Manager – Instrumentation

- B.Tech in Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation
- 15+ years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities -

Piping

- Review piping layouts, P&IDs;, isometrics, piping specifications, supports and vendor documents.
- Review EPC/EPCOM engineering submissions.
- Coordinate interfaces with process, mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation teams.




- Monitor fabrication, erection, testing and hydrotest readiness.
- Resolve technical queries, deviations and field issues.
- Monitor quality compliance and piping punch-point closure.
- Support as-built drawings, final documentation and handover.

Electrical

- Review SLDs, load lists, cable schedules, layouts, earthing and lightning protection systems.
- Review contractor and vendor technical submissions.
- Monitor HT/LT electrical installation and compliance.
- Coordinate inspection, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning readiness.
- Support statutory approvals and closure of electrical punch points.
- Guide electrical engineers and coordinate discipline priorities.

Instrumentation

- Review instrument index, I/O lists, control philosophy, datasheets, layouts and cable schedules.
- Review DCS/PLC/SCADA documentation and interfaces.
- Monitor installation, loop checking, testing and calibration.
- Review vendor submissions and technical queries.
- Track instrumentation punch points, as-built drawings and final documentation.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in CBG, biogas, waste-to-energy, process industries, EPC or PMC projects will be preferred. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating with EPC/EPCOM contractors, consultants and client representatives.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
