Requirement 1: Data Engineering Experience: 12+ Years Role: Senior Manager – Data Engineering Location: Noida Budget: 160,000 per month We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Data Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable data platforms and real-time data engineering solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in streaming architecture, data lakes, cloud ecosystems, and modern data engineering technologies, along with proven team leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage data engineering teams responsible for building scalable batch and real-time data platforms. Design and implement real-time streaming architectures using Kafka/MSK and Debezium-based CDC.

Architect and manage modern Data Lake and Lakehouse solutions using technologies such as Apache Iceberg, AWS Glue, Athena, and Redshift. Design scalable data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow. Work across AWS and GCP ecosystems to build secure, reliable, and highly available data platforms.

Develop and optimize data processing solutions using Java and Python. Drive architecture decisions related to data ingestion, CDC, streaming, storage, processing, and analytics. Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to define data platform requirements and solutions.

Establish engineering best practices around code quality, performance, scalability, monitoring, and reliability.



Mentor senior engineers and technical leads while driving technical excellence across the team. Ensure data platforms are secure, cost-efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. Required Skills 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with significant experience in technical leadership/management.

Strong expertise in Kafka / Amazon MSK. Hands-on experience with Debezium and Change Data Capture (CDC). Strong knowledge of Apache Airflow.

Experience with Apache Iceberg, AWS Glue, Athena, and Redshift. Strong understanding of Data Lake / Lakehouse architecture.

Experience building real-time data and streaming platforms. Strong programming experience in Java and Python.

Experience with AWS and GCP cloud ecosystems. Strong understanding of distributed data processing and scalable data architectures. Proven experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams. Valuable to Have Experience with large-scale enterprise data platforms.

Experience with cloud-native data architecture and modernization initiatives. Knowledge of data governance, security, observability, and cost optimization.

Pay: ₹160,000.00 per month
