We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Head Interior Designer to lead our design department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end interior design projects—from conceptualization and presentation to execution and site coordination. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, client handling ability, and in-depth knowledge of the furniture industry, particularly kitchens and wardrobes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the interior design team, ensuring high-quality output and timely project delivery
- Develop innovative design concepts and oversee conceptual presentations, layouts, and material selections
- Handle end-to-end site execution, coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure designs are technically sound, practical, and aligned with client requirements
- Supervise execution work related to furniture, kitchen, and wardrobe systems
- Maintain strong communication with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Ensure adherence to company standards, design ethics, and professional conduct




- Mentor junior designers and foster a productive, disciplined work culture
