Position: Instrumentation & Control (I&C;) Engineer

Locations: Dahej & Jamnagar, Gujarat

Experience: 15 to 20 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage instrumentation and control engineering activities for industrial projects.
- Review and approve engineering deliverables including datasheets, specifications, hook-up drawings, cable schedules, and loop diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams during design, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Review P&IDs;, control philosophies, cause & effect matrices, and instrument index documents.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to site and engineering teams.




- Ensure safe and timely execution of instrumentation and control works.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15 to 20 years of experience in industrial projects.
- Robust knowledge of instrumentation systems, control systems, and field instrumentation.
- Experience in engineering, construction, commissioning, and project execution activities.
- Familiarity with DCS, PLC, SCADA, analyzers, and control valve systems.
- Ability to review technical documents and resolve engineering issues.
- Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience in chemical, petrochemical, refinery, manufacturing, or large industrial projects will be preferred.
