PDS Profile : PDS International Pvt. Ltd is a 25+ year-old is an Exim Logistics company with its corporate office in Gurugram and 18+ branches in India. PDS offers Air and Ocean Freight-Forwarding, Customs Clearance & Exim Transportation.

Position Overview :

The Senior Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for leading and managing the overall HR function, ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational HR expertise within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning initiatives.
- Identify Training & Development needs and coordinate learning interventions.
- Maintain and update company HR policies, employee handbook, and procedures.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing performance appraisal processes, KPI setting, performance reviews, and employee development initiatives
- Plan, organize, and control all activities of the HR department.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with business goals.




- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and counselling.
- Supervise exit interview processes and analyse attrition trends.
- Maintain monthly attendance records and HR MIS reports.
- Maintain department documentation, employee records, and organizational charts.
- Participate in administrative and management meetings.
- Recommend and implement recent HR policies, systems, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements along with other applicable compliance to the logistics industry.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, CHA, or Supply Chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labour laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in team handling and process implementation.
- Ability to take prompt and effective decisions.
- High level of integrity, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
