SENIOR HR RECRUITER

LOCATION : CBE

SALARY : 18,000-25,000

EXPERIENCE : 1-3YRS

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Identify staffing requirements and coordinate with department heads and management.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and skilled networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and concerned departments.
- Maintain an updated candidate database, recruitment tracker, and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer approvals, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with selected candidates and reduce offer dropouts and joining delays.
- Support recruitment planning, manpower budgeting, and achievement of hiring targets.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company HR policies, documentation requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
