Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to define role profiles and align hiring strategies with company goals.
- Proactive Sourcing: Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Candidate Assessment: Screen resumes, conduct structured behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidates for both skill and cultural fit.
- Data & Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor KPIs like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior recruiters or sourcers on advanced recruitment methodologies
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
