Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Location: In person

Timings: 9.30 AM to 6:00 P M IST

Work Schedule:

- 6-day work week
- Second Saturdays off

About the Role Frampton Management Consultants is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our HR Services team.

This is a client-facing role where you will manage and execute HR operations for our client organisations. You will work directly with business owners and management teams to handle recruitment, HR operations, employee management and HR system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage HR operations for assigned clients
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring
- Coordinate interviews, selection and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and processes
- Prepare Job Descriptions, KPIs and KRAs
- Manage attendance, leave and employee documentation
- Support performance management and employee engagement
- Identify HR issues and provide practical solutions
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for clients
- Coordinate directly with client management
- Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely completion
- Maintain skilled relationships with clients and employees

What We Are Looking For

- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Strong experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong ownership mindset




- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Professional and mature approach
- HR consulting/HR outsourcing experience will be an advantage

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) are essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
