About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to work with our product and marketing team on a part-time basis.

The designer will be responsible for creating high-quality, modern, and professional social media creatives for our MoxSuite and MoxCampus product brands.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands B2B SaaS, technology, enterprise software, and modern digital branding and can turn product ideas, features, and business concepts into visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Creative Design

- Design 16 high-quality social media posts per month.
- Creatives will primarily be created for MoxSuite and MoxCampus.
- Develop designs for:
- Product features
- Product benefits
- Educational/industry content
- Product announcements
- Brand awareness
- Feature highlights
- Business/technology insights
- Campaigns and promotional content

2. Creative Conceptualization

- Convert briefs, ideas, and product information into strong visual concepts.
- Suggest creative directions rather than simply executing instructions.
- Develop layouts, visual storytelling, typography, imagery, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements as required.
- Maintain a premium B2B SaaS / enterprise technology aesthetic.

3. Brand Consistency

- Maintain consistency across MoxSuite and MoxCampus brand communications.
- Follow established brand guidelines, typography, colors, visual language, and design systems.
- Help build a recognizable and consistent visual identity across social media.

4. Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Management teams to understand campaign objectives and messaging.
- Incorporate feedback and make reasonable revisions.
- Coordinate with the content/copy team to ensure the visual and written messaging work together.

5. Design Quality & Ownership

- Take ownership of the creative quality of assigned deliverables.




- Ensure every post is visually polished, professional, and ready for publishing.
- Stay updated with current design trends, SaaS branding, B2B marketing, and social media creative trends.

Monthly Scope The expected monthly output is:

16 social media creatives per month The exact mix of posts may vary depending on marketing priorities.

For example

- 6–8 MoxSuite posts
- 6–8 MoxCampus posts
- Product/feature highlights
- Educational or thought-leadership creatives
- Promotional/campaign creatives

The final content calendar and briefs will be shared by the marketing team. What We Expect From You

We are looking for someone who can:

- Think beyond templates and create original visual concepts.
- Understand how to communicate complex technology in a simple visual format.
- Create designs that look premium, modern, clean, and enterprise-grade.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintain consistency while giving each creative its own visual personality.
- Take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
- Deliver consistently within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital/social media work
- Robust understanding of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma
- Canva or equivalent tools
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Typography
- Layout & composition
- Color theory
- Visual hierarchy
- Branding
- Social media design
- Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, technology, or enterprise brands will be highly preferred.

Nice to Have

- Experience with SaaS/product companies
- Experience creating LinkedIn content for B2B brands
- Basic understanding of motion graphics/video creatives
- Understanding of AI-powered design tools
- Experience working with technology or enterprise software brands

Working Arrangement

Engagement: Part-Time / Freelance

Monthly Commitment: 16 social media creatives

Working Style: Remote

Working Hours: Flexible, as long as agreed deadlines are met

Reporting To: Marketing / Management Team The role is deliverable-driven rather than fixed-hour based.
