About the Role

We are building a consumer electronics brand with a fun, bold and funky identity. We need a creative graphic designer who can turn products into scroll-stopping social media posts and high-converting marketplace creatives. You will own the visual side of the brand across Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart, quick commerce platforms and our own website.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Creatives

Design static posts, carousels, stories, reel covers and festive/sale creatives for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

Create ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns in multiple sizes and formats

Keep all content consistent with brand colours, fonts and tone of voice

Turn trends and campaign ideas into quick, on-brand designs

E-commerce Creatives (Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce)

Design main product images (white background, as per marketplace guidelines) and secondary images

Create infographic images highlighting features, specifications, USPs, comparisons and use cases

Design A+ content / Enhanced Brand Content modules, brand story and brand store banners

Create Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart product images and banners as per platform specs

Design packaging inserts, product manuals, warranty cards and basic packaging artwork when needed

Brand and Campaign Design

Support new product launches with a full set of creatives (social, marketplace, website, ads)

Design sale event banners (Diwali, Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival, etc.)

Create website banners, landing page graphics and email/WhatsApp creatives

Help build and maintain brand guidelines, templates and a creative asset library

Basic Video and Motion

Create simple animated posts, GIFs, product explainers and short motion graphics

Do basic editing for reels and product videos, or coordinate with the video editor





Collaboration and Delivery

Work with the marketing, e-commerce and influencer teams to understand requirements

Take feedback, revise quickly and deliver on tight timelines

Organise and name files properly, and share final formats for each platform

Review competitor and trending designs for inspiration, without copying

Required Skills and Qualifications

Graduate or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent portfolio)

Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva / Figma

Experience designing product-focused creatives, ideally for electronics, gadgets, FMCG or D2C brands

Valuable understanding of layout, typography, colour and hierarchy

Knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart image guidelines (dimensions, safe zones, text rules, compliance)

Ability to design for mobile-first screens

Good attention to detail, product retouching and shadow/lighting clean-up

Strong portfolio of social media and e-commerce work (portfolio is mandatory)

Good to Have

Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar for basic motion/video

Basic 3D / mockup skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, Photoshop 3D, or Vectary)

AI image tool familiarity for ideation (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.), used responsibly

Understanding of how creatives affect click-through rate and conversion

Photography or product shoot direction experience

Knowledge of print production (packaging, inserts, box design)
