Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall commercial management of large-scale projects

- Develop strategic sourcing and procurement plans

- Manage vendors, contractors and subcontractors

- Oversee billing, certification and payment tracking

- Monitor project cash flow and receivables

- Control project budgets, cost variance and profitability

- Drive cost savings and margin improvement

- Manage contracts, claims, variations and disputes

- Handle final account settlement and contract closure

- Conduct rate analysis, BOQ review and cost evaluation

- Drive value engineering and cost optimization

- Identify and mitigate commercial and project risks

- Ensure contractual, statutory and company compliance

- Prepare commercial MIS and management reports

- Coordinate with QS, Procurement, Finance, Legal and Execution teams

- Lead and mentor commercial/project teams

- Conduct regular reviews with senior management

- Improve ERP/SAP-based commercial processes

- Support management in strategic commercial decisions
