We are looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join our high-performance engineering team. In this role, you won't just write code; you will architect and maintain mission-critical backend services and microservices that power our core platforms. You’ll be a key player in a culture that values clean code, high concurrency, and engineering at scale.

What You’ll Do

- Architect & Build: Design and develop robust, scalable microservices using Go, focusing on high-throughput and low-latency performance.

- Own the Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end development process—from initial design and concurrent programming (goroutines/channels) to deployment and scaling.

- Optimize Systems: Refactor and optimize existing services for maximum speed and effective memory management.

- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RESTful, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs within event-driven architectures.

- Modern DevOps: Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized environments and ensure seamless CI/CD workflows.

- Ensure Reliability: Implement comprehensive observability (Prometheus/Grafana) and rigorous testing (Unit, Integration, Mocking) to maintain 99.9% uptime.

What You Bring

- Experience:



5+ years of professional software development, with a deep mastery of Golang as your primary language.

- Technical Depth: A strong grasp of Go’s internals, including concurrency patterns and memory management.

- Infrastructure Savvy: Proven experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration via Kubernetes.

- Data Expertise: Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redis, with a keen eye for query optimization and schema design.

- Tooling: Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and observability frameworks (OpenTelemetry).

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹487,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
