Senior Finance Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 4–6 Years
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Intern preferred

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, payroll, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance operations across PAN India, ensuring timely collections, accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, vendor payments, and management reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & Receivables
● Raise and manage customer invoices across PAN India.
● Track outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for timely payments.
● Maintain accurate records of collections and receivables.
● Support in resolving billing and payment-related queries.
Payroll & Salary Processing
● Payroll Process and contract employee Payroll process.
● Process salaries for PAN India operations.
● Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, and related records.
● Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
● Calculate TDS and ensure timely deposit of TDS challans.
● Prepare and share GSTR-1 data for GST filing.
● Perform regular GSTR-2B reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
● Verify PF & ESI data before statutory submissions.
● Ensure timely and accurate compliance with applicable statutory and accounting requirements.
Accounting & Vendor Management
● Process vendor payments and maintain accurate payment records.
● Record purchase bills and ensure proper accounting treatment.
● Perform bank categorization and accounting entries in Zoho Books.
● Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
● Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
MIS & Reporting
● Prepare and share regular MIS reports for management.
● Analyze financial and operational data and highlight key variances.
● Maintain accurate financial records and provide relevant reports as required.
● Support management with finance-related analysis and reporting.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) / CA Intern preferred.
● 4–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
● Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll, and accounting processes.
● Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting/ERP software.
● Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, reconciliations, and data analysis.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
● Excellent analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
● High attention to detail and accuracy.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
