Role Description The Senior Executive role at WebOptive is a full-time, on-site position based in Agartala. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to client accounts, coordinating digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of services and campaigns.

The Senior

Executive will collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute strategies that improve clients’ online presence, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and insights.

Responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services, and supporting management with planning, process improvement,



and team coordination. The role also requires contributing to business development activities and ensuring high standards of service quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Experience in digital marketing, internet marketing, or online brand management, with the ability to plan and oversee campaigns.
- Robust client relationship management skills, including communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Operational and team coordination abilities, such as organizing tasks, managing timelines, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance, interpreting data, and preparing clear reports and recommendations.
- Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, basic analytics dashboards, office productivity software).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in a similar executive or senior operational role, preferably in a digital or marketing-focused environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Agartala, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced startup culture.
