- Position: Piping Engineer

- Experience:7– 10 years

- Industry: Industrial / Semiconductor / Solar PV / Chemical / Manufacturing Projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise installation of process piping, utility piping, and MEP systems at site.

- Review and interpret P&IDs;, GA drawings, isometric drawings, layouts, and MEP drawings.

- Coordinate piping fabrication, erection, supports, equipment connections, and installation.

- Supervise installation of SS316L / CS / GI / UPVC / CPVC and other piping systems.

- Coordinate UHP / specialty gas piping, utility piping and associated equipment where applicable.

- Monitor orbital welding, conventional welding, flushing, pressure testing, leak testing, and system reinstatement

- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP interfaces as required.

- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, inspection requests, test reports and site documentation

- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing and documentation.

- Monitor manpower, materials, tools and subcontractor activities.

- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedules.

- Identify site issues,



resolve technical interfaces and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.

- Coordinate with client/consultant representatives for inspections and approvals.

- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and project handover activities.

- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety procedures.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / relevant discipline

- 3–8 years of relevant industrial site experience.

- Strong knowledge of piping erection and MEP execution

- Ability to read P&IDs;, isometrics, GA drawings and shop drawings

- Experience in industrial projects such as semiconductor, solar PV, chemical, pharmaceutical, LNG/LN₂, manufacturing or data canters will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic project documentation.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
