Senior Electronics Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team and take a leading role in the design, development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of advanced electronic systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electronic circuit design, PCB-level troubleshooting, fault analysis, and root-cause investigation. You should be comfortable working independently on complex technical problems while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering and production teams.

This role is well suited to an engineer who combines strong theoretical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach to electronics development and fault diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, analyze, and optimize analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits
- Develop and review schematics, circuit architectures, component selections, and technical design documentation
- Perform detailed fault analysis, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and systems
- Diagnose PCB-level failures and identify component, design, manufacturing, and system-related issues
- Use laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, power supplies, signal generators, and other diagnostic tools
- Conduct circuit simulations, calculations, prototyping, verification, and validation activities
- Review PCB designs and provide technical input related to signal integrity, power integrity, thermal performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Identify design weaknesses and implement corrective and preventive engineering solutions
- Support products throughout the complete lifecycle, from concept development and prototyping through validation, production, and field support
- Investigate product failures and provide structured technical reports with clear findings and recommendations




- Collaborate with embedded software, mechanical, PCB layout, testing, manufacturing, quality, and production teams
- Participate in technical and design reviews
- Develop test procedures, engineering specifications, design documentation, and validation reports
- Support continuous improvement of product reliability, performance, quality, and manufacturability
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers where required

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Strong professional experience in electronic hardware and circuit design
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics
- Demonstrated experience in electronic fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
- Strong understanding of electronic components and their characteristics, limitations, and failure modes
- Experience with schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB development tools
- Hands-on experience debugging and testing electronic circuits and PCBs
- Ability to read and interpret complex electronic schematics, datasheets, technical specifications, and PCB documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently investigate complex technical issues and develop robust engineering solutions
- Strong documentation and technical communication skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
- Analog and mixed-signal circuit design




- Power electronics and power supply design
- Embedded hardware
- Microcontrollers and digital interfaces
- Sensor and signal-conditioning circuits
- Communication interfaces and protocols
- EMC/EMI design and troubleshooting
- Signal integrity and power integrity
- PCB design and layout review
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT)
- Reliability engineering and failure analysis
- Product certification and compliance testing
- Industrial or high-reliability electronic systems
