Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. You will guide the design team, manage client relationships, and ensure every project reflects our design standards and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead projects end to end, from client briefing and concept development to execution and handover.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, budget, and timelines.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space plans.
- Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D visualisations, and presentations.
- Produce detailed working drawings, including furniture layouts, electrical, false ceiling, and joinery details.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and décor.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and design budgets, and keep projects within budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for quality and timely execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to check workmanship and fix design issues on site.
- Mentor and review the work of junior designers and draftsmen.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Handle client presentations,



approvals, and revisions professionally.
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and technology.
- Ensure projects follow company design standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
- A strong portfolio of completed projects.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, / V-Ray / Lumion (or similar)
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, color, lighting, and ergonomics.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, joinery, and site execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of local vendors, suppliers, and market rates.
