We are hiring | Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with 4–10 years of experience to join our team and manage mid to senior-level mandates .

The role will involve end-to-end search with a strong understanding of the various industries.

Key requirements:

- 4–10 years of experience in recruitment / executive search
- Experience managing mid to senior-level mandates
- Robust skills in market mapping and talent research
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to build and manage focused candidate pipelines
- Good candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple mandates and work within defined timelines
- Strong communication and follow-through

We are looking for consultants who have a structured approach to search, strong market understanding and the ability to build meaningful candidate relationships .
