We are looking for someone who has at least 10 yrs of experience and mandate

5 yrs experience at Senior level position.

- Should have thorough knowledge of Low-Rise
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure construction plans meet technical requirements.
- Oversee the selection and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with India's safety regulations and quality standards.
- Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and payment requests.
- Resolve construction-related issues and conflicts, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, construction technologies, and safety regulations.




- Managing and supervising construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and project managers to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Conducting site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure safety compliance.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to facilitate effective project execution.
- Ensuring construction activities adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Resolving construction-related issues and addressing any unexpected challenges.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
