Role & responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction activities for industrial projects.
- Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction methodologies.
- Execute foundations, RCC structures, structural steel supports, flooring, roads, drains, buildings, utility structures, and other industrial civil works.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or construction issues.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

- The candidate should have hands-on civil engineering with robust industrial construction experience, capable of independently managing site execution while coordinating effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
- The candidate should demonstrate sound technical judgment, attention to quality and safety, and the ability to deliver civil works in line with project requirements.
