Accounting Farm is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, or financial services industry.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with CPA firms, accounting firms, and businesses, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and other channels.
- Connect with CPA firms, accounting firms, and businesses across the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.
- Understand client requirements and present Accounting Farm's bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax preparation, and other services.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product/service presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in CRM.
- Work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Experience in the accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, CPA,



or financial services industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of the sales process and lead generation.
- Experience dealing with international clients, especially USA/Canada/UK/Australia, is a plus.
- Confident in handling sales calls, meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong English communication skills.
