Role Description The Senior Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading brand strategy and execution across all marketing and communication channels. This role involves developing and refining the brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging to ensure consistency and impact across campaigns, product launches, and digital touchpoints.

The Senior Brand

Manager will collaborate with product, marketing, design, and data teams to create integrated brand initiatives, manage external agencies, and oversee content and creative development. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends and user insights, planning brand campaigns, monitoring brand performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and user growth. The role also includes ownership of brand guidelines, internal brand education, and ensuring that all materials reflect Finplify’s mission of democratizing investing.

Qualifications

- Brand management and marketing leadership experience, including developing brand strategy, positioning,



and integrated campaigns.
- Strong skills in digital and social media marketing, with experience managing online brand presence and performance metrics.
- Ability to translate user insights, market research, and data analytics into explicit brand messaging and creative direction.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, growth, and analytics) and managing external agencies or vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, inclusive, and user-centered storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven consumer brands is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
