? About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Facilitator/Trainer with a strong CRO / Clinical Research background to deliver an established Bid Defence & Executive Communication capability-development program for senior leaders.

The ideal candidate should have strong credibility in the clinical research/CRO industry, combined with expertise in executive communication, storytelling, presentation skills and leadership facilitation.

? Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate engaging sessions focused on strategic message positioning, pitch precision, executive communication and storytelling.
- Conduct interactive workshops, discussions and practical exercises for senior leadership audiences.
- Help participants strengthen their ability to communicate, position and present effectively during Bid Defence and client-facing situations.
- Facilitate sessions for VPs, senior BD professionals, Client Partnership Directors and Operations leaders.
- Deliver an existing program and content while incorporating relevant CRO/clinical research examples and business scenarios.
- Create an engaging and interactive learning setting suitable for experienced professionals.




- Provide guidance and coaching to help senior professionals enhance their influencing and persuasive communication skills.

? Required Profile

✅ Mandatory: Experience/background in CRO, Clinical Research or Clinical Research/CRA-related roles

✅ Proven experience as a Senior Facilitator, Corporate Trainer or Executive Coach

✅ Experience working with or training senior leaders/executives

✅ Strong expertise in:

- Executive Communication
- Presentation & Pitching Skills
- Storytelling & Narrative Building
- Influencing & Persuasion
- Leadership Development
- Workshop Facilitation

✅ Experience in Bid Defence, Client Pitches, Proposals or Business Development is highly desirable. ✅ Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills.

✅ Comfortable delivering virtual sessions across APAC time zones.

✅ Flexibility to work according to Korea and China timings is required.
