Kalsmech Industries Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Valve Automation Center and looking for an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to lead our technical engineering, automation, testing and commissioning activities.

? **Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics

Key Respo nsibilities

- Valve

&

actuator selection and sizing• Pneumat ic actuator & automation package engineering• Control valve and ON/OFF valve automation• Positio ner selection, configuration & calibration• Knowled ge of 4–20 mA, HART, PLC/DCS interfaces• SOV, li mit switch, AFR, position transmitter and other valve accessories• Prepara tion/review of datasheets, GA, hook-up, BOM, ITP/QAP and FAT documents• Valve a utomation assembly,



testing and FAT• Site co mmissioning and troubleshooting• Handlin g customer/consultant technical discussions• Support ing technical costing and commercial proposals• Develop ing and standardizing Kalsmech’s Valve Automation Center

Preferre d

Experience

Candidat e s with practical experience in valve automation, control valves, actuators, positioners and process industries such as Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemical or Power will be preferred.

Experien c e with brands such as Samson, Siemens, ABB, Emerson/Fisher, Rotork, AUMA, Air Torque or similar will be an advantage.
