Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Senior

Architect will lead the architectural design of office spaces, training facilities, and R&D; centers, ensuring alignment with project requirements, building codes, and sustainability standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts and detailed drawings, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and overseeing integration of structural, MEP, and interior elements. The role also involves reviewing and approving design documentation, managing design changes, and supporting project managers in planning, scheduling, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Architect will participate in client meetings, present design solutions, and ensure that projects reflect RSP Developers’ standards for quality, innovation, and customer focus.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading complex commercial or workplace projects.
- Experience with Integration of structural, MEP, and interior systems to deliver cohesive, efficient, and sustainable built environments.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Software Development or digital tools related to architecture (e.g., BIM, CAD, Revit, project collaboration platforms) to support integrated design workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, building codes, and green building or sustainability standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in commercial real estate or workplace projects in an on-site role; familiarity with Gurugram regulations and local practices is a plus.
