Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain operational control frameworks and procedures.

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.

- Identify control gaps and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.

- Perform risk assessments to identify potential operational risks within the retail business segment.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.

- Monitor and report on risk exposure and control effectiveness to senior management.

- Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.

- Track and measure the impact of process improvements on operational performance.

- Prepare and present regular reports on control activities, risk assessments, and compliance status to senior management.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of any control deficiencies or compliance issues.

Qualifications

- Education: Degree- Bachelor Master

- Licenses/ Certificates: Insurance Certification will be the additional advantage

- Work Experience: Graduate with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in an Insurance domain





- Experience in PC - Policy Issuance/Underwriting would be preferred

- Insurance certification - good to have

- Transition/onboarding of service - positive to have

- Onshore travel experience - good to have
