Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about working with global insurance and reinsurance clients? At Gallagher Re, we're looking for talented professionals to join our growing Operations team as Premiums Handlers.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career in the world of Reinsurance, working with international markets, premium transactions, and industry-leading professionals.

What You'll Do

✅ Process and manage premium transactions accurately and efficiently ✅ Review premium bordereaux, statements, and supporting documentation

✅ Reconcile premium balances and investigate discrepancies

✅ Liaise with brokers, clients, underwriters, and finance teams across global markets

✅ Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

✅ Maintain accurate records and deliver high-quality service to stakeholders

About you

What We're Looking For





✔ Solid attention to detail and analytical mindset ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience in insurance, reinsurance, finance, accounts, or operational processes is an advantage

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling

✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

✔ Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply (where applicable)
