About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI & GCP to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Machine Learning, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intelligent workflows, scalable AI platforms, cloud-native applications, and enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions that drive business innovation and operational efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies including LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI systems, and cloud-native machine learning platforms.

What You'll Do:

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and modern LLM frameworks.
- Build intelligent agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and autonomous AI orchestration solutions.
- Develop,



train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models for business-critical use cases.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications, APIs, and organizational data sources.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to improve AI response accuracy.
- Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs for AI-powered applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage AI and ML workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Build and optimize vector search solutions using embeddings and vector databases.
- Fine-tune prompts, workflows, and orchestration logic to enhance AI solution effectiveness.
- Implement model monitoring, observability, performance tuning, and governance controls.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop AI platforms that are scalable, secure, resilient, and production-ready.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and optimize model inference efficiency and application performance.
- Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and innovation initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, Machine Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, model development, and deployment practices.
- Experience developing and integrating Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering, AI orchestration, and conversational AI systems.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).




- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration patterns.
- Experience working with Generative AI applications and enterprise AI implementations.
- Familiarity with software design patterns, scalable architecture, and cloud-native development principles.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
