About Kanerika

Kanerika is looking for talented and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineers with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions, including RAG pipelines, document intelligence, LLM-based applications, extraction systems, and AI agents.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design, develop, deploy, and scale AI solutions across cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, LLM applications, document parsing, and information extraction systems.
- Develop workflows involving document chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and NLP.
- Deploy and scale AI/ML solutions using AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Work with services such as AWS SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, EC2, Lambda, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
- Develop MLOps and CI/CD pipelines using MLflow, Weights & Biases, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Implement evaluation frameworks using metrics such as precision, recall, F1-score, and field-level accuracy.
- Implement AI/ML observability and monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana.




- Design and develop robust REST APIs for AI/ML services.
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture and project delivery.
- Stay current with developments in LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and agentic AI systems.

Required SkillsProgramming & Data
- Robust hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of data processing and machine learning concepts.
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of REST API development.

Generative AI & NLP
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of Transformers, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
- Experience building LLM-based applications and AI agents.
- Experience with frameworks such as:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- CrewAI
- Experience with document intelligence, parsing, chunking, text processing, and information extraction.

Cloud & Deployment Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:

MLOps & DevOps
- MLflow and/or Weights & Biases

Evaluation & Observability
- Experience defining and implementing AI/ML evaluation metrics.
- Understanding of precision, recall, F1-score, accuracy, and other model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana or similar monitoring tools.

Experience & Education
- 3–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring team members is preferred.
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, consulting, or enterprise software is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

What We're Looking For We are looking for engineers who can go beyond experimentation and have experience taking AI/ML solutions from development to production.

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Python + LLMs + RAG + Cloud + MLOps will be preferred.

Important Requirements

- Candidates should be willing to work 5 days a week from the office.
- Work locations: Hyderabad, Indore, or Ahmedabad.
- Maximum notice period: 15 days.
- Candidates currently outside these locations should be willing to relocate.

Pay: ₹1,765,828.01 - ₹2,531,110.83 per year
