Senior AI Engineer

Radius is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, deploy and operate AI systems in production — from architecture through deployment and monitoring.

What you'll do

- Design and build end-to-end AI, ML and GenAI solutions
- Develop and deploy production-ready AI applications, APIs and backend services
- Build and maintain data pipelines for training, inference, evaluation and monitoring
- Implement LLM-based solutions using RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, embeddings, vector databases
- Deploy AI workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps/LLMOps practices
- Monitor production systems for drift, hallucination risks, failures and cost




- Mentor junior engineers and support best practices

What we're looking for

- 7+ years in software/data/AI/ML engineering, with 3+ years building AI/ML or GenAI systems in production
- Strong Python (FastAPI, Flask, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLflow, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Anthropic/Hugging Face
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices and production-grade system design

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
