Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, compliance, and reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants when required.
- Prepare and verify GST returns, TDS returns, and related documentation.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain proper records of customer and vendor accounts.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Handle project-wise accounting and expense tracking.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, banks, vendors, and internal departments.




- Ensure timely closure of monthly and yearly accounts.
- Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve accounting issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Support management with financial data and reports for decision-making.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in the real-estate or construction industry will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling accounting activities while coordinating effectively with management, vendors, customers, auditors, and other departments. Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
