Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full time, on-site position based in Manesar . This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial records across multiple locations, including Awa, Mumbai, and Expressway . The Senior Accountant will handle and supervise a team of 5–6 members , ensuring smooth coordination and completion of accounting activities.

Daily responsibilities include managing accounting entries, inventory-related entries, salary and payroll activities , and maintaining financial records using Tally Prime

. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax , along with the ability to prepare and review P&L; and Trial Balance . The position also involves preparing and analyzing financial data using

Advanced Excel , monitoring accounting activities across locations, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.





The role requires effective team management, professional email drafting, communication, and coordination skills , along with the ability to manage accounting operations independently and ensure compliance with applicable tax and accounting requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entry preparation, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of financial statements, budgeting support, and variance analysis.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of taxation and regulatory compliance, including local tax laws, statutory reporting, and audit coordination.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and financial templates.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to work with deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industries, and familiarity with cost accounting or inventory accounting, will be beneficial.
