About the Role

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong practical knowledge of accounting and taxation. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, tax compliances, financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting audits.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting finalisation, and financial statements, along with valuable analytical and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliations.
- Manage GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns and reconciliations.
- Handle TDS compliance, including calculations, payments, returns, and reconciliations.
- Assist with Income Tax compliance, tax computations, returns, and related documentation.
- Assist in preparation and finalisation of accounts.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other professionals.
- Support statutory, tax, and internal audits.




- Handle tax notices and assist in preparing responses and supporting documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
- Ensure timely completion of all accounting and tax compliances.
- Identify accounting and tax-related issues and assist in resolving them.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and tax purposes.

Candidate Profile
- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
- Experience in finalisation of accounts will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP accounting software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in CA firms, taxation, audit, financial accounting, or corporate accounts will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
