Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun&Roorkee; responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at client premises. The role includes supervising security personnel, managing duty rosters, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and monitoring access control, patrolling, and incident reporting.

The Security

Supervisor will coordinate with clients and internal teams, address security-related queries,



and support audits and inspections to maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards. The role also involves training and guiding team members, handling emergencies, preparing basic reports, and ensuring a professional and customer-focused security presence at all times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.

- Candidates should possess solid Physical Security skills, including knowledge of access control, patrolling, surveillance systems, and incident response procedures.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to coordinate with clients, management, and security staff.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, client satisfaction, and courteous interaction with visitors and stakeholders.

- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, including planning, documentation, basic reporting, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in security supervision or facility management, familiarity with ISO and PSARA-related requirements, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work flexible schedule, including shifts and weekends if required.

- Completion of secondary education or higher, and any relevant security or safety certifications, would be an advantage.
