About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. SEO Strategist with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO who can independently manage SEO strategy, client requirements, execution planning, and performance analysis across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Content Strategy, AEO/GEO, and SEO analytics

, along with the ability to guide SEO executives and translate data into actionable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, keyword mapping, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis .

- Plan and review On-Page SEO , including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and URL structure.

- Conduct and analyze Technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, redirects, canonicalization, schema, and other technical factors.
- Develop content strategies and content briefs based on search intent, topical authority, and business goals.
- Plan and monitor Off-Page SEO and link-building strategies , ensuring quality and relevance.

- Analyze organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio .

- Identify ranking and traffic opportunities through data analysis and competitor research.
- Monitor SERP features, AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, and evolving search trends and incorporate them into SEO strategies.

- Review the work of SEO Executives and provide strategic guidance, corrections, and actionable feedback.
- Create SEO roadmaps, monthly strategies, performance reports, and improvement plans.

- Work closely with content, development, design,



and account management teams to ensure smooth implementation of SEO recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings, strategy discussions, SEO presentations, and performance reviews when required.

- Troubleshoot SEO issues and proactively identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, SOPs, and reporting processes.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of proven SEO experience with strong hands-on and strategic exposure.
- Strong understanding of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Local and Content SEO

- Excellent knowledge of Keyword Research & Search Intent Analysis .

- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio .

- Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) .

- Good understanding of HTML, website architecture, indexing, crawling, redirects, canonical tags, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret SEO data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior SEO team members.

Good to Have

- Experience working with international clients / multiple industries .

- Experience with enterprise or large-scale websites.
- Understanding of AI search, LLM visibility, entity SEO, and AI citation strategies .

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience preparing SEO proposals, audits, and strategy decks.
- Client-facing experience.
