SEO Consultant – Healthcare

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced SEO Consultant with robust healthcare industry experience to lead our SEO strategy, content operations, and SEO team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Healthcare SEO, YMYL, E-E-A-T, technical SEO, Google Search algorithms, content quality, and SEO recovery projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for healthcare websites.
- Monitor and analyze Google Core, Spam, Helpful Content, and other search updates.
- Conduct complete SEO audits covering technical SEO, crawling, indexing, on-page SEO, content, internal linking, and rankings.
- Analyze traffic and ranking drops and develop actionable recovery strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage SEO and content teams.
- Build healthcare content strategies based on search intent, topical authority, and user needs.
- Review and improve existing healthcare content for accuracy, relevance, quality, trust, and SEO performance.
- Identify content gaps, keyword opportunities, cannibalization, outdated content, and consolidation opportunities.
- Conduct competitor and SERP analysis.
- Work with writers and editors to ensure SEO and healthcare content best practices.
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
- Develop SEO roadmaps, priorities, KPIs, and monthly performance reports.




- Ensure SEO strategies align with Google Search Essentials and healthcare/YMYL best practices.

Requirements
- 5–6 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Healthcare SEO experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong understanding of YMYL and E-E-A-T.
- Proven experience handling Google algorithm updates and SEO recovery projects.
- Strong knowledge of technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO.
- Experience managing or mentoring SEO/content teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and related tools.
- Ability to independently conduct SEO audits and convert findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
