About the Role

32Bit Media is looking for a SEO Executive who understands how search, content, social media, and AI are coming together in modern digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of practical SEO experience , good communication skills, and the ability to independently handle SEO activities for multiple client websites.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Handle On-Page, Off-Page and basic Technical SEO .
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, images, internal links and website content.
- Work on backlink building, business listings and off-page activities.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, indexing and SEO performance.
- Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEO tools .
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare SEO reports and communicate performance clearly.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers and social media teams.
- Understand search intent and create SEO-focused content requirements.
- Stay updated with Google search updates, SEO trends and AI-driven search.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or similar tools for research, content planning, analysis and productivity.
- Fact-check and improve AI-generated content before publishing.

Social Media Knowledge The candidate should also have a working understanding of:
- Instagram,



Facebook and LinkedIn
- Social media content planning
- Content calendars
- Basic social media management
- Social media analytics and engagement
- Coordination with designers and content teams

Required Skills
- 1+ year of hands-on SEO experience
- Positive knowledge of On-Page & Off-Page SEO
- Basic understanding of Technical SEO
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog or similar
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good research and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of WordPress/CMS is preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new SEO and AI trends

You should be able to look at a website, understand why it isn't performing, research the competition, identify opportunities and explain your recommendations clearly.
