WE ARE HIRING – ORTHOPEDIC OT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

AEVON Surgical provides orthopedic surgical instruments and implants to hospitals and surgeons. We are looking for an Orthopedic OT Support Executive to join our team and provide support during orthopedic surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend orthopedic surgeries at hospitals
- Provide and manage required orthopedic implants and surgical instruments
- Prepare and check instrument sets before surgery
- Coordinate with surgeons, OT staff and hospital teams
- Ensure correct implants and instruments are available for procedures
- Provide intraoperative support during surgeries
- Maintain proper handling and inventory of instruments and implants
- Coordinate upcoming surgeries and requirements with hospitals
- Maintain skilled relationships with surgeons and hospital staff
- Travel to hospitals as required

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in orthopedic OT / surgical support is preferred




- Freshers are also welcome to apply
- Knowledge of orthopedic instruments and implants is an advantage
- OT Technician / Nursing / Paramedical background preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to hospitals
- Ability to work during scheduled and emergency surgeries
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in hospital OT environments

Salary

No Bar for the Right Candidate

Salary will be based on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
