Role Description

We are hiring a Script Writer to join the creative and marketing team at Nrich Products.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Warangal, Telangana. As a Script Writer, you will be responsible for developing creative, engaging, and platform-specific scripts for social media videos, Reels, YouTube content, advertisements, and digital campaigns.This is not a regular SEO content-writing role; the position focuses on creative scripts for Reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos
- Create short, impactful scripts for Instagram Reels and other short-form videos
- Write ad scripts and copies for social media and digital campaigns
- Develop strong hooks that capture audience attention within the first few seconds
- Write compelling CTAs (Call-to-Actions) that encourage viewers to take action
- Develop creative and story-driven content around Nrich's products, brand, taste, quality, and consumer experiences
- Incorporate dialogue, voice-over (VO), scene directions, and visual suggestions into scripts
- Communicate product benefits naturally without making the content feel overly promotional
- Adapt writing style according to the platform, audience, and campaign objective




- Research social media trends and bring fresh ideas for video and advertising content
- Convert creative briefs and product information into complete, shoot-ready scripts
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and video teams to execute content
- Ensure scripts are engaging, relatable, grammatically accurate, and suitable for social media

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in creative/video script writing.
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or digital media company is preferred.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position. Please apply only if you have relevant professional experience.
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of social media content and digital advertising
- Ability to write persuasive copy that connects with the audience
- Good understanding of hooks, storytelling, and CTAs
- Ability to convert a basic idea or brief into a complete video or advertising concept
- Robust command of language and communication
- Creativity and the ability to think beyond generic or repetitive content
- Ability to understand and communicate product benefits effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Profile

Script Writer / Copywriter / Creative Copywriter / Social Media Copywriter with a portfolio demonstrating creative scripts, advertisements, storytelling, hooks, CTAs, Reels, and digital campaigns.
