- Robust technical and scientific writing skills (procedures, protocols, manuscripts and scientific reports)

Qualifications:

- M.Sc. or PhD degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- 10 years of post-Maters or 2+ years of post-PhD experience in academia or industry in healthcare or research labs.
- Strong technical skill in genomics or relevant field, proficient in genomics data analysis.




- Strong scientific competency through peer reviewed publications.

Role Summary: The Scientist is responsible for executing daily laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality testing, compliance with regulatory standards, and timely reporting. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with team supervision, supporting laboratory efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and oversee routine laboratory processes and testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Review laboratory work for accuracy and timely completion.
- Supervise, train, and support junior laboratory staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
