Position: SCM Engineer

Department: Supply Chain Management

Location: Bidadi, Karnataka

Job Summary looking for an experienced SCM Engineer to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movement, documentation, and day-to-day supply chain activities. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in warehouse and inventory management, along with valuable knowledge of ERP systems and stock reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth material movement.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimum stock levels.

- Handle inward and outward documentation for all materials.

- Update and maintain material transactions in the ERP system.

* Conduct regular stock reconciliation .

- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
- Coordinate and manage warehouse manpower and allocate work efficiently.

- Monitor material receipts, storage, issuance, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper identification, storage, and handling of materials.




- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability and movement of materials.
- Follow company procedures related to safety, housekeeping, inventory accuracy, and warehouse discipline.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in SCM / Warehouse / Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of stock reconciliation and FIFO management.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate warehouse manpower.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
